By purchasing a membership or making any payments, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

 

Our refund policy is as follows:

You acknowledge that the membership or programs purchased by you are non-transferable and non-refundable.

You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to refund any fees and applicable charges paid by you, in full or partially, under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to modifying and extending the duration of the membership, changes in the commencement date of the membership, your failure to attend or participate in the membership programs, or modifications to the structure or content of the membership.

If a refund is provided, you agree and acknowledge that such amount may be refunded either in cash or as a credit (for the purchase of any other membership or programs of equivalent value) at the sole discretion of Johncey George Consulting Pvt Ltd. If the company approves a refund, it will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval.
