He combines this knowledge, his 2 decades of corporate leadership experience and his coaching experience to help create more leaders among the Introverts.

His coaching helps corporate leaders develop a personal brand for themselves, which enhances their reputation and accelerates their growth.
Johncey George served as a corporate leader in organizations like Schneider-Electric, Invensys PLC, Skelta before starting his Executive Coaching Practice. He played various roles like Director, Member – Board of Directors, COO in his career. As a ICF PCC Coach, he understands and abides by the code of ethics of International Coaching Federation.
As an executive coach, Johncey is certified by The Coach for Life Institute, USA. The tools and techniques – such as Fulfillment Coaching Model™ and Core-SELF Tech™ – he uses are world-renowned.
